Classes
Utilising authentic ingredients which are readily available, herbs & spices, local & overseas produce, you will be part of a cooking class that will delight your palate and satisfy your curiosity about this ancient cuisine. Lebanese food is healthy as olive oil is mostly used, versatile and very economical. Learn to cook easy Lebanese food and discover how to turn one recipe into two or three. You will impress your friends and family with your new found cooking skills.
At the end of the demonstration, enjoy your meal with Lebanese bread, my homemade Lebanese cordial and why not try Lebanese coffee. Tea and mineral water are also available. You will also take home all the recipes, a complimentary homemade gift, helpful information about sourcing Lebanese ingredients, tips, cooking advice and an experience you will want to share with all your friends.
Class sizes are limited to 12 people per session. Please note participation is optional as these classes are only demonstrations.
